PFP Now Accepting Summer Intern Applications
Partners for Peace, located in Washington, DC, is now accepting internship applications for the summer of 2005. Resumes and letters of interest should be sent to partnersforpeace@yahoo.com.
Interns can begin as early as May.
Partners for Peace works for a just resolution of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and an end to the ongoing Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories. We support non-violent means by which to effect positive change in the region. Our major project continues to be the “Jerusalem Women Speak: Three Women, Three Faiths, One Shared Vision” tour. The 10th such tour is scheduled for late June of 2005.
Partners for Peace will work with the intern to develop a summer project to go along with the office assistance that we will ask of the intern.
Educational opportunities abound in Washington, DC. We will encourage the intern to attend relevant speaking engagements.
Partners for Peace is located close to the Metro and not far from Capitol Hill.
